What this website collects
This website does not collect data through forms. The demo request form composes a message from what you write and hands it to your own WhatsApp or email application: this website never receives or stores that message. What you write us through those channels is subject to the policies of WhatsApp (Meta) and your email provider, and we use it only to reply to you and arrange the demo.
Technical logs
This website is served through Cloudflare, which generates technical logs (for example, IP address, date and pages requested) for security and operational purposes, under Cloudflare’s own retention policy.
Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools. See the cookie policy for more detail.
Legal basis
We process your contact details on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, and with your consent when you write to us. This processing follows Argentina’s Ley 25.326 on the protection of personal data. If you write to us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, we also follow the principles of the GDPR and the UK GDPR, without this being a formal compliance or certification statement.
Retention
We keep demo conversations (by WhatsApp or email) for as long as the commercial conversation lasts, and for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Who we share it with
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. WhatsApp (Meta) and your email provider are messaging services you choose when you write to us; we do not share or sell your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hola@athloperformance.com. In Argentina, the supervisory authority for complaints is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.
The Athlo application is different
This page covers only the public website athloperformance.com. The application, app.athloperformance.com, has its own privacy notice and is governed by the agreement with each club. That application is hosted with Fly.io (Ashburn, Virginia, USA), Neon PostgreSQL (Ohio, USA) and Cloudflare R2 for files; the conditions of that processing are agreed with each club.
